the e+den initiative economic + digital empowerment network will deploy a global network of 100 tech gardens in lowresource communities. the gardens will bring maker spaces, training and tools for 30,000 young people across africa, the caribbean, and latin america, empowering 80% to secure jobs or launch businesses—driving $100 million in economic growth annually.

we’re opening 100 hubs to equip 30,000 young people in digital skills, coding, ai, and entrepreneurship. these hubs prepare graduates for jobs or to launch their own businesses, creating a pipeline of skilled talent.

over 400 million people in africa alone lack access to essential healthcare. in both africa and the caribbean, communities face critical shortages in elder care, mental health services, and basic healthcare, with limited representation in health research.
what we’re doing
we’re building an ecosystem of 3,500 digital health workers to deliver telemedicine, elder and maternal care, mental wellness, and pharmacy access. this network will also drive diversity in clinical trials, giving underserved populations a voice in health research.
